Fees

One fee, frozen at launch.

The pool fee is the Uniswap v4 LP fee. It is taken from whatever goes into the swap: a buy pays it in the quote, a sell pays it in the token. It lands in the liquidity position. Because the locked launch position is the liquidity, it earns the fee until someone else adds liquidity of their own.

The creator chooses the fee once, from 2% to 5%. The default is 3%. It is not a protocol fee plus a creator tax. There is no separate 1% underneath it. After the launch confirms, the fee cannot be changed, because it is part of the pool key.

Where a collected fee goes

Fees sit in the position until collectFees is called on the locker. Anyone can call it. The keeper does, about every 15 minutes while the token is trading, and about every six hours when it is quiet. A check is not itself a transaction.

The quote that comes out is split once. Already-funded rebate rounds are not split again.

On a $100 buy and a $100 sell at the default 3%, the pool fee is $6. Of that, $1.80 is reserved for the floor, $1.80 for rebates, $0.90 for Labs, $0.90 for the $PARC buyback, and $0.60 for the creator. At 2% those notionals are smaller. At 5% they are larger. The shares of the fee do not change.

The token side of a collected fee is burned. The protocol does not hold it and does not sell it. A holder who burns their own tokens sends them to the dead address.

The site’s own fee

A swap built by this site pays an extra 0.15%, on the way in for a buy and on the way out for a sell. On Arc that is USDC. On Robinhood it is ETH. It goes to Labs. It is not part of the pool fee and it is not split five ways.

A swap that never touches the site pays the pool fee only. That is deliberate: the pool stays a normal v4 pool, so other routers and terminals can trade it. Those swaps do not record an entry.

A stock pair

The collected fee is the stock, not USDC or ETH. 30% of that stock is placed back into the stock pool as the wall. The other 70% is sold for the chain’s base asset. That sold amount is still the rebate, Labs, $PARC, and creator shares of the original fee: 30%, 15%, 15%, and 10%. The floor’s 30% is the stock left in the pool, so it is not booked a second time as USDC or ETH.

If the stock cannot be sold yet

The wall can still be built. The unsold 70% stays on the locker until a sell pool for that stock exists. It is not booked to the treasury and it is not paid to the creator while it is sitting there.

Who receives the creator’s 10%

The address named at launch, a wallet or a contract. It is paid in the quote when fees are booked. The current recipient can name a new one. Labs cannot. There is no notice period and no admin takeover.
