$PARC
Fifteen percent buys the platform token.
$PARC is the platform token. It lives on Arc, paired with USDC. It is not the quote of a Robinhood launch, and it is not what holder rebates are paid in.
Fifteen percent of collected pool fees is set aside for it. On Arc that share arrives as USDC in the buyback vault. When the vault holds at least 250 USDC, a keeper waits a random 15 to 45 minutes, buys $PARC on the official USDC pool, and sends the tokens to the dead address in the same transaction. There is no lock-in-a-vault route. The dead address cannot send them back.
On Robinhood the same 15% is collected as ETH. It is meant to fund that Arc buyback. It is not paid to holders, and it is not the floor.
The live totals, the USDC waiting, and the $PARC already burned are on the $PARC page. A balance in the vault is not evidence that a purchase has happened. The purchase is the transaction that buys and burns.
What this share is not
Labs is a separate 15%, paid in the chain’s quote, and that is what runs the keepers. The $PARC share is not payroll. The creator’s 10% is not part of the buyback. Token fees from a launch are burned as that launch’s own token. They are not swapped into $PARC.
